FAQ

Short answers to common questions about Frontsiter.

What is Frontsiter?

Frontsiter is a guide to frontend decisions. It compares approaches, explains the trade-offs, and gives a clear recommendation, so you can choose with confidence instead of following the newest trend.

Who is it for?

Frontsiter is for developers, designers, technical leads, architects, and anyone else who builds websites and digital products.

How is it different from documentation or tutorials?

Documentation explains how to use one tool. Tutorials show one way to build something. Frontsiter explains when to use an approach, what it costs, and what to choose instead.

Is Frontsiter free?

Yes. All pages are free to read, and you do not need an account.

How often is new content published?

New pages are published when they are ready and have been reviewed. Every article shows when it was published and, if it has changed since, when it was last updated.

Is AI used to make Frontsiter?

Yes. We use AI tools to help research, draft, and build the site. A person reviews, edits, and tests every page before it is published, and is responsible for what it says.

Can I suggest a topic or report a mistake?

Yes, please do. Email hello@frontsiter.com. To suggest a topic, describe it. To report a mistake, tell us which page it is on and what is wrong.

Can I write for Frontsiter?

Yes. Email us your idea, and if it fits, we rewrite it in Frontsiter's short format and publish it with your name. The steps are on the homepage, and the rules are in the Terms.
